All rooms feature Mission-style furniture with Tiffany-type lamps to reflect the Mediterranean- style complex built in the 1920’s as California’s first condominiums. 

Each room is unique in size and design. Choose from one, two and three bedroom units, complete with kitchens and living rooms. All kitchens have full-size refrigerators and gas stoves and are stocked with basic cookware, dishes, and in-room coffee maker. Some rooms offer fireplaces and ocean views.

Our ocean view units (most with balconies), and our non-view units are available in one and two bedroom apartments that sleep two to five people. 

The one-bedroom units have one queen bed; separate living room with small table and chairs; kitchen and bathroom.

The two-bedroom units have a queen bed in one room; a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom; living room with a double bed; kitchen with table and chairs; and bathroom.

Two waterfront units each 
sleep up to eight people, as follows:

Unit 112 - The large master bedroom has a queen bed; a double Murphy bed, a fireplace and French doors leading to the porch with stairs to the seawall and beach. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a queen Murphy bed. Kitchen with table and chairs and 1-1/2 bathrooms. 

Unit 113 - Three bedrooms, living room and kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed, and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Living room has double sofa bed. Kitchen with table and chairs and bar stools. Bathroom; shower is separate area from sink and toilet.
